US 165B and Hippolyte Ave

LA 165 Business, in Ouachita Parish at the intersection of US 165B and Hippolyte Ave will be reduced to 1 lane with a flagging operation at the railroad grade crossing on, 11/24/2015 to 11/25/2015. The purpose of this closure is to allow Union Pacific Railroad to remove the crossing.
