Westbound US90B (Westbank Expressway) ground-level from Manhattan Blvd. to Maple Ave. in Harvey – all lanes closed Tuesday night, August 25, from 10:00 pm to 2:00 am for construction equipment movement. The Harvey Tunnel will remain open.
