EMERGENCY WORK

There will be a closure of LA 433 at Salt Bayou Bridge (Milepost 2.36) starting on Thursday, August 13, 2015 through Monday, September 14, 2015 (weather permitting) to perform emergency bridge repairs.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid the road closure, LA 433 southbound motorists may take I-10 East to US 190-B (Fremaux Ave.) (Exit 265), east on US 190-B to US 90, west on US 90 to LA 433.
LA 433 northbound motorists may take US 90 East to US 190-B (Fremaux Ave.), west on US 190-B to I-10, west on I-10 to LA 433 (Old Spanish Trail) (Exit 263).
