There will be alternating lane closures of the I-12 Eastbound and Westbound right outside lanes, Thursday, August 6, 2015 and Friday, August 7, 2015 between 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from Northshore/Airport Road (Milepost 80.55) to RR Overpass (Milepost 82.85) while crews perform road construction.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid construction delays, Eastbound motorists may take LA 434 (Exit 74), south on LA 434 to US 190, east on US 190 to US 11, north on US 11 to I-12.
Westbound motorists may take US 11 (Exit 83), south on US 11 to US 190, west on US 190 to LA 434, north on LA 434 to I-12.
One lane of traffic will be open at all times. By law, oversize loads are not allowed to travel at night.
