There will be alternating, intermittent lane closures of both eastbound and westbound lanes of LA 438 between the Junction of LA 38 (Mt. Hermon) and the junction of LA 438 Spur continuing Wednesday, July 1, 2015 through Friday, July 31, 2015 (weather permitting) while crews place borrow, seeding, permanent striping and rumble strips.
At least one lane will remain open to traffic at all times.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid delays, motorists traveling east on LA 438 may take LA 38 to LA 430, east on LA 430 to LA 438.
Motorists traveling west on LA 438 may take LA 430 to LA 38, west on LA 38 to LA 438.
