The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that beginning Thursday May 21, 2015 at 7:00 PM, weather permitting, the on-ramp from LA 28E onto US 167 South (Pineville Expressway) in Pineville will be closed. The ramp will be reopened by 6:00 AM the following morning. This temporary closure is needed to place Portland Cement Concrete that is associated with the ongoing on-ramp improvement project at this location.
