The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD), advises the public that I-49 in Rapides Parish between Boyce (Exit 98) and Flatwoods (Exit 103) is OPEN TO TRAFFIC EFFECTIVE 1:00 A.M. SATURDAY, MAY 2, 2015. Beginning at approximately 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 2, 2015, this three mile section of interstate will be reduced to one lane in both directions to begin additional clean up operations from the fuel spill.
