LA 422 (Bayou Bonfouca Swing Bridge Permanent Repairs) St. Tammany Parish

There will be intermittent road closures of LA 433 (Bayou Liberty Road) at the Bayou Bonfouca Bridge (Milepoint 8.5) on Monday, March 23, 2015 through Wednesday, March 25, 2015 between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. as crews finalize all working components of the bridge.
Motorists should expect daily intermittent bridge closures to allow marine traffic to pass.
Permit/Detour Section
To avoid the bridge closure area, motorists travelling Eastbound on LA 433 should detour to US 190, East on US 190 to US 11, south on US 11 to LA 433.
Westbound motorists should detour to US 11, North on US 11 to US 190, West on US 190 to LA 433.
LA 433 (Bayou Liberty Road) between US 190 and Bayou Bonfouca will be open for local traffic only.
