Westbound US90B - Westbank Expressway - on-ramp (at Manhattan Ave.) in Harvey closed, Monday 12-8-14 thru Friday 12-12-14 (ending Saturday morning, 12-13-14 at 5:00am) 9:00pm – 5:00am nightly for bridge construction.
Vehicles may detour using Harvey Tunnel or LA 18 (4th St).
