Mile Post 0.01; Control Section 369-01
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advise the public that LA 1259, Rapides Parish, will is closed at 0.01 miles from US 165. The closure is for a damaged cross drain at this location. The work is being done at milepost 0.01 and is on control section 869-01. The closure will be Tuesday September 30, 2014 at 7:30AM and will reopen to traffic when work is complete.
Permit/Detour section
The roadway will be closed completely too all traffic during this time. There will not be a Detour for this closure being the State Maintenance ends before intersecting with another State Route. All emergency agencies will be notified of the Road Closure. In case of an emergency, the cross drain will be opened for the proper officials.
