Eastbound and Westbound I-610, from I-10 (17th Street Canal) to Franklin Ave, recurring alternating lane closures Sunday, Nov 1st – Thursday, Nov 5th, 8 PM – 6 AM each night, with I-610 eastbound and westbound being reduced to one lane from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM (ending Friday morning, Nov 6th) for joint sealing and guard rail replacement operations.
