Lane Closure: I-10 West (Mile Marker 30 to Mile Marker 25) – Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced intermittent right and left lane closures of I-10 West between Mile Marker 30 and Mile Marker 25, beginning Monday October 12, 2026, through Tuesday October 20, 2026. Closures will be in effect during the following times.- Sunday – Thursday: 8 p.m. – 5 a.m.
- Friday: 9 p.m. – 10 a.m.
- Saturday: 8 p.m. – 10 a.m.
An 11-foot lane width restriction will be in effect throughout the duration of the closures.
The closure is necessary to allow for restriping of roadway. Work will be performed, weather permitting.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
