The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the left lane on la 1 northbound from LA 986 to Vicknair Street will be closed continuously from Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 6 PM to Monday, October 12, 2026 to 5 AM. The right lane on LA 1 northbound will remain open.
The closure is necessary for the contractor to perform concrete patching work on LA 1 northbound.
