LA 1 Alternating Lane Closures- West Baton Rouge Parish

WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH, La. - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces that daily lane closures will occur on LA 1 southbound and northbound to support surveying activities for the upcoming LA 415 to LA 1 Connector project.
- Right lane closure will take place daily on LA 1 Southbound 500 feet from N. Line Rd. to Riverside Dr. from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. beginning September 28 through October 9.
- Right lane closures will take place daily on LA 1 Northbound beginning October 5 through October 16.
These temporary lane closures are necessary for crews to safely collect survey data.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
