Verot School Road at the intersection of US 90, Lafayette Parish, Road Closure

The railroad crossing on East Verot School Road at the intersection of US 90 (Southwest Evangeline Thruway) will be closed on beginning Monday, September 28 at 9:00 p.m. until Tuesday, September 29 at 5:00 a.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to repair the railroad crossing ties and concrete boards.
The detour route for this closure will utilize South College Road to East Kaliste Saloom Road and South Park Road to West Pinhook Road.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to Verot School Road from US 90 (South West Evangeline Thruway) intersection and should seek alternate routes.
