Full Closure: I-210 WB at Exit 1B (I-10 Eastbound) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced a nighttime full road closure of I-210 Westbound at the Exit 1B ramp, beginning Monday, September 21, 2026, through Monday, September 28, 2026.
Closure Times:
- Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m.
- Friday, 9:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Saturday, 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Detour Route:
Motorists can take Exit 1B (I-10 Eastbound), continue along I-10 Eastbound to Exit 26 (PPG Drive), turn left onto PPG Drive and then another left onto the I-10 Westbound entrance ramp.
The closure is necessary for crews to stripe the roadway for Phase 1 operations with the I-10 Calcasieu River Bridge Replacement Project. Closures will be conducted, weather permitting.
