Alternating Slow-Moving Operations Scheduled on I-10 Entrance & Exit Ramps - Jefferson Davis Parish

Jefferson Davis Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces that there will be nighttime traffic delays on all entrance and exit ramps in both the east and westbound directions of I-10 from the Calcasieu Parish line to the Acadia Parish Line. These delays will be in effect from September 20 through October 29, 2026 between the hours of 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Crews will conduct alternating, slow-moving operations on all entrance and exit ramps to install new pavement markings.
Motorists traveling through the work area should expect slow-moving operations and possible traffic delays. Drivers are encouraged to use caution, reduce their speed, remain alert, and allow additional travel time when approaching and traveling through the affected area. Work will be completed weather permitting.
