Northbound and Southbound LA 39, between Log Mile 0.00 (Levee) and Log Mile 1.838 (3850’ N of Harlem Ln) – recurring alternating lane closures with flagging operations from Monday, September 14th - Friday, September 18th, 7 AM - 5 PM each day for clearing/grubbing and asphalt paving operations.
