Northbound and Southbound LA 39, between Log Mile 3.450 (White Ditch Canal) and Log Mile 8.507 (Highway 15) – recurring alternating lane closures with flagging operations from Monday, September 14th - Friday, September 18th 7 AM - 5 PM each day for clearing/grubbing and asphalt paving operations.
