Lane Closure: I-10 WB (LA 378 Entrance Ramp to Exit 26) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced nighttime various lane closures along Interstate 10 Westbound from the LA 378 (Sampson Street) entrance ramp to Exit 26 (PPG Drive/Trousdale Road) from 12 AM – 10 AM nightly, beginning Friday, September 11, 2026, through Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
The right lane of I-10 WB will be closed first, and the LA 378 entrance ramp will also be closed during this time. The closure will then move to the left lane of I-10 WB, and the Sampson Street on-ramp will be opened.
Detour information: (LA 378 on-ramp)
Take I-10 EB to Exit 29 (North Lakeshore Drive). Continue along Lakeshore Drive to the I-10 WB entrance ramp.
The closure is necessary for roadway repairs on I-10 WB. Work Will be conducted weather permitting.
