Eastbound and Westbound I-610, I-10 (17th St Canal) to Franklin Ave – recurring alternating lane closures Tuesday night, September 8th – Thursday night, September 11th, 8 PM – 6 AM each night, ending Friday morning, Sept 11th) and from 10 PM – 5 AM each night, I-610 will be reduced to one lane, for joint sealing and guard replacement operations.
