*UPDATE* LANE CLOSURES: I-20 at LA 544 (Tech Dr/Cooktown Rd) Interchange - Lincoln Parish

The previously scheduled LA 544 lane closure has been adjusted as follows:
On Monday, September 21, 2026 there will be a nighttime lane closure along LA 544 (Tech Drive) expected from 8:00 pm Monday - 6:00 am Tuesday between Woodward Ave. and Cassidy Lane.
Thru traffic will be maintained.
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
Detour/Alternate Route: N/A
Restrictions/Permits: N/A

Sunday, September 20, 2026 there will be a nighttime lane closure along LA 544 (Tech Drive) expected from 8:00 pm Sunday - 6:00 am Monday.

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists of upcoming lane closures in Ruston, LA that are a part of the LA 544 (Tech Drive) Overpass Replacement project: on Sunday, September 13, 2026 will be a nighttime lane closure along eastbound I-20. This lane closure will be between the Tarbutton Interchange and the US 167 Interchange. On Monday, September 14, 2026 there will be a nighttime lane closure along LA 544 (Tech Drive) between Woodward Ave. and Cassidy Lane. Thru traffic will be maintained.
These closures can be expected between the following hours:
I-20 Eastbound
Sunday 5 pm - 7 am Monday
LA 544 / Tech Drive
Monday 8 pm - Tuesday 6 am
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
