Road Closure
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) advises the public that beginning September 10, 2026 at 8:00 am, LA 1181 will be closed to through traffic between Levi Gremillion Road and Levee Road.
The closure is necessary to allow for the replacement of a failing cross drain on LA 1181. The road will be reopen to traffic by the end of the day.

There is no detour associated with this lane closure.
