REVISED - LANE CLOSURES: I-20 pavement striping project, Caddo Parish
CADDO PARISH, La. – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that on the nights of Friday, August 28th through Monday, August 31, 2026, there will be intermittent lane closures on I-20 eastbound and westbound at the I-220/LA 3132 interchange in Shreveport.
REVISED DATES/TIMES:
The lane closures are scheduled as follows:
- Night of August 28th, 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
- Night of August 29th, 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m.
- Night of August 30th, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- night of August 31st, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
These lane closures will take place in one direction at a time, and are necessary to allow the contractor for the pavement striping project on I-20 to complete final work items (interstate shields).
This project included the replacement of all pavement markings and striping on I-20 from the Texas state line to I-220 in Caddo Parish.
Restrictions/Permits: No detour necessary for this work.
Alternate Route: N/A
This work will be performed WEATHER PERMITTING.
