LA 3156 (Jefferson Street) between West St. Peter Street and Front Street will be closed beginning Monday, August 24 until Thursday, August 27, daily, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to perform asphaltic milling and paving operations.
No detour will be be posted, however, motorist traveling Eastbound on LA 182 can detour on LA 14 Eastbound for 0.12 miles to LA 182 Westbound. Motorists traveling on LA 182 Westbound can detour on LA 675 for 0.1 miles to LA 182 Eastbound.
Emergency vehicles will not have access to the area and should seek an alternate route.
