RAMP CLOSURE: LA 3132 eastbound off-ramp to Linwood Ave, Caddo Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that beginning on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, the LA 3132 eastbound off-ramp to Linwood Avenue in Shreveport will be closed.
This ramp closure is scheduled to be in place until Wednesday, August 26, 2026, and is necessary for the removal and replacement of the roadway base and pavement on Linwood Avenue at its intersection with the LA 3132 off-ramp.
This work is associated with the ongoing Linwood Avenue reconstruction project (City of Shreveport).
Restrictions/Permits: Total ramp closure at the specified location.
Alternate Route: Motorists wishing to exit onto Linwood Ave. will be detoured to I-49. Appropriate detour signage will be in place.

DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Remember to leave plenty of room between you and the vehicle in front of you.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
