LA 14 at Lake Arthur Bridge over the Mermentau River, Vermilion Parish, Alternating Lane Closures for Routine Bridge Inspection

LA 14 at the Lake Arthur Bridge over the Mermentau River, between Zigler Drive and Lakeshore Road, will be reduced to one lane with flagging operations on Saturday, August 8, and Sunday, August 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow for crews to perform bridge inspections.
Emergency vehicles will have access to the area but may encounter delays.
The road will be open to regular traffic with 12-foot lane restrictions on oversized loads passing through the work zone.
