The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that LA 1 northbound from Bridgeside Road to US 190 westbound will be closed from Monday, August 17, 2026, to Wednesday, August 26, 2026. A detour will be in place for vehicles to utilize the service road to access US 190 westbound from LA 1 northbound.
The closures are necessary for the contractor to perform concrete patching work on the LA 1 westbound ramp to US 190.
