I-55 Northbound, MM 6.5 to MM 22, Moving Operations, St John the Baptist Parish

I-55 northbound, right shoulder, will have a moving operation on I-55 elevated section at Milepost 6.5 and will continue to the end of the elevated section Milepost 22 on Saturday, August 01, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for general maintenance, weather permitting.
Permit Information:
No restrictions for oversized loads. Both lanes are open to traffic.
Detour Information:
Motorists may take US 51 as an alternate route to avoid the work zone.
