Update (8/1/2026): The Winnsboro Water Department has completed the emergency water leak repairs on LA 130 in Franklin Parish.
(7/30/2026) LA 130 in Franklin Parish located approximately at Oak Street in the town of Winnsboro will be closed on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. until further notice while the Winnsboro Water Department completes emergency water repair leaks. DOTD is providing this notice on behalf of the Winnsboro Water Department to notify traveling public of the closure while repairs are completed.
Detour: Local streets determined by the Winnsboro Water Department.
