LA 63 Roadway Closure - Located 2.4 miles north of US 190 (or 2.3 miles south of LA 442) - Livingston Parish – Cross Drain Replacement

There will be a full roadway closure on LA 63 located 2.4 miles north of US 190 (or 2.3 miles south of LA 442), beginning 6 am on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 through 7 pm on Friday, August 14, 2026, weather permitting, while DOTD crews perform cross drain replacement operations.
Detour Information:
The following detour will be posted to avoid the road closure:
Motorist traveling LA 63 south may take LA 442 east to LA 441, then south US 190, then west to re-intersect to LA 63.
Motorist traveling LA 63 north may take US 190 east to LA 441, then north to LA 442, then west to re-intersect to LA 63.
