Lane closure: US 171 NB and SB (Calcasieu River Bridge) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced lane closures on US 171 over the Calcasieu River from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily on the following days.
US 171 Northbound right lane
- Monday, August 3, 2026, and Tuesday August 4, 2026
US 171 Southbound right lane
- Wednesday, August 5, 2026, and Thursday, August 6, 2026
The closure is necessary for crews to perform routine bridge inspection. Work will be completed, weather permitting.
