Lane closure: I-10 WB (MM 26 – MM 25) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces the left lane of Interstate 10 Westbound from Mile Marker 26 (Exit 26, US 90) to Mile Marker 25 (Exit 25, I-210) will be closed from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly, beginning Sunday, August 9, 2026, through the morning of Friday, August 14, 2026.
The closure will resume 8 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2026, through 5 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2026.
The closure is necessary for the removal of high-tension cable barriers and saw cutting shoulder for roadway widenings. Work will be conducted weather permitting.
