Northbound and Southbound LA 39, between Log Mile 3.450 (White Ditch Canal) and Log Mile 8.507 (Highway 15), recurring alternating lane closures with flagging operations Monday, July 27th - Friday, July 31st, 7 AM – 5 PM each day for clearing and grubbing and borrow installation.
