Closure: LA 1133 North of Paktank Road - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced a full closure on LA 1133 north of Paktank Road, beginning 8 a.m. Tuesday, July 28, 2026, through 5 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, weather permitting.
Signs will be in place advising of the following detour information:
- Motorists heading north on LA 1133 can head west on E. Dave Dugas Road, south to LA 27, then east on Vincent Settlement Road.
- Motorists heading south on LA 1133 can head west on Vincent Settlement Road, north on LA 27, then east on E. Dave Dugas Road.
The closure is necessary for crews to install new cross drain pipe.
Note: Closure area is in RED. Detour route is in BLUE.
