LA 4 in Franklin Parish (Project#H.016474) approximately 1.3 miles from the intersection of LA 4 and US 425/LA 15 in Winnsboro to Caldwell Parish line will have alternating lane closures during the day (No night work expected) beginning Monday, July 20, 2026, until approximately Wednesday, September 30, 2026. The alternating lane closures are for the contractor to complete a moving operation project for striping and rumble strips.
Permit/Detour: No detour necessary. Alternating lane closures only. (Daytime only)
