Lane closure: I-10 Eastbound (Exit 29 – Bilbo Street Overpass) - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced lane closures of I-10 Eastbound near Mile Marker 30 to the Bilbo Street overpass from 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2026, through 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 1 2026.
The closure will begin in the left lane and then transition into the right lane. During this closure, the Lakeshore Drive entrance ramp to I-10 Eastbound will be closed.
The closure is necessary for crews to conduct coring along I-10. Work will be conducted weather permitting.

Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
