Northbound and Southbound LA 39, between Log Mile 3.450 (White Ditch Canal) and Log Mile 8.507 (Highway 15) – recurring alternating lane closures with flagging operations from Monday, June 29th – Thursday, July 2nd, 7 AM – 5 PM each day for clearing and grubbing and borrow installation.
