LA 506, Caldwell Parish *Alternating Lane Closures 7/1/2026 through 9/16/2026*

LA 506 East in Caldwell Parish from the intersection of US 165 to the intersection of LA 849 will have alternating lane closures beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until Wednesday, September 16, 2026. This closure is required to allow the contractor to resurface the roadway. DOTD is providing this notice on behalf of OLHC (Office of Louisiana Highway Construction) since this is an NFA (Non Fed-Aid) route.
Detour: No detour necessary. Contractor maintaining traffic by means of flagging operation and pilot car.
Permit: No oversize/overweight traffic. 10 ft lanes
