(UPDATE 6/22/2026): DOTD advises motorists that water has receded and LA 107 between Plaucheville and Hickory in Avoyelles Parish is now OPEN to traffic.
LA 107 south of Plaucheville down to the intersection with LA 1180 remains closed at this time.

LA 107 south to LA 1180 and south to LA 1179 remains closed due to high water.

Road Closure Due to High Water
LA 107: Plaucheville
Avoyelles Parish
The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces effective immediately that LA 107 in Plaucheville in Avoyelles Parish is closed due to high water. The high water is in Plaucheville south to LA 1180.

No detours are available at this time.
