LA 339 Bridge near Hidalgo Road, Vermilion Parish, Bridge Closure

LA 339 Bridge near Hidalgo Road will be closed beginning Tuesday, June 23 at 7:00 a.m. and will remain closed until Monday, August 3, 2026, weather permitting.
This closure is necessary to allow crews to replace the existing bridge with concrete box culverts.
Emergency vehicles will not have access through the area.
A detour route utilizing LA 14 and LA 338 will be posted for the duration of the closure.
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution within the construction zone and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment.
