REVISED:

Southbound & Northbound LA 23 (Belle Chasse Hwy), Russell Dr (MP 5.182) to Hwy 11 (MP 9.530), recurring right lane closure with a flagging operation from Thursday, August 6th - Thursday, September 17th, 6 PM – 4 AM each night (ending Friday morning, September 18th), work schedule is Sunday - Friday of each week each week (not including weekends), for saw cutting and PCC panel replacement.

Flaggers may be utilized to stop traffic for entry and exit of concrete trucks. Traffic may be stopped intermittently to unload concrete trucks for short periods of time.
