REVISED:

Southbound LA-23 from Russell Dr (MP 5.182) to Hwy 11 (MP 9.530), recurring left lane closure with a flagging operation from Friday, July 12th - Friday, Sept 18th, 6 PM – 4 AM each night, Sunday - Friday each week, for saw cutting and PCC panel replacement.

Flaggers may be utilized to stop traffic for entry and exit of concrete trucks. Traffic may be stopped intermittently to unload concrete trucks for short periods of time.
