I-10 Widening and Reconstruction Project Weekly Road Closures

Baton Rouge – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) announces lane closures as part of the I-10 Widening Project in East Baton Rouge Parish. These closures, which are necessary for the progression of the project, will affect night traffic patterns. DOTD advises motorists that construction activities are contingent on weather conditions and may be subject to change.
Nighttime Closures:
- (CANECELLED) I-10 Westbound Perkins Rd. On-Ramp
- Saturday, June 13 to Sunday, June 14
- Full ramp closure from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- (CANCELLED) I-10 Westbound from Perkins Rd. to Dalrymple Dr.
- Saturday, June 13 to Sunday, June 14
- Right lane closure from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- (CANCELLED) Dalrymple Dr. from E. Lakeshore Dr. to I-10 Eastbound off-ramp
- Tuesday, June 16 to Thursday, June 18
- Nightly closure from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- I-10 EB/WB from College Dr. exit to Government St. exit
- Wednesday, June 17 to Friday, June 19
- Mobile operations beginning at 7 p.m. on I-10 WB. I-10 EB will begin at 10 p.m. The operation will be finished by 5 a.m.
