Width restriction on LA 14 from Third St. to Fourth St. in Lake Arthur, Sept. 14 - Oct. 5 - Jefferson Davis & Vermilion Parishes

Jefferson Davis and Vermilion Parish – The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has announced that there will be a 9-foot width restriction on LA 14 from Third Street to Fourth Street in Lake Arthur, starting Monday, September 14, 2026, through Monday, October 5, 2026.
The width restrictions will be in effect 24 hours a day during this time period.
The restriction is necessary for crews to complete patching along the existing concrete roadway/boulevard. This is part of improvements to LA 14 from LA 380 to Mermentau Bridge.
