***UPDATE***Restriping on I-10 from Kirkman Street to I-210 East Junction to begin June 7, 2026 - Calcasieu Parish

Calcasieu Parish - The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development announces a $760,550 project to perform restriping work on Interstate 10 in Lake Charles from Kirkman Street (Milepost 30.8) to the Interstate 210 East junction (Milepost 34.5) is scheduled to begin Sunday, June 7, 2026.
Lane closures will occur from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. nightly.
The project is funded through the Federal Highway Safety Improvement Program. It is expected to be completed in July 2026, weather permitting.
