Update (9/23/2026): LA 4 in Franklin Parish (H.015347.6) will extend the daytime alternating lane closures until approximately
Friday, October 2, 2026.
(9/15/2026): LA 4 in Franklin Parish (H.015347.6) will extend the daytime alternating lane closures until approximately Friday, September 25, 2026.
(8/26/2026): LA 4 in Franklin Parish (H.015347.6) will extend the daytime alternating lane closures until approximately Friday, September 18, 2026.
Update (8/14/2026): LA 4 in Franklin Parish (H.015347.6) will resume the previous daytime alternating lane closures on Saturday, August 15, 2026, until approximately Friday, August 28, 2026.
Update (8/7/2026): LA 4 in Franklin Parish (H.015347.6) will have nighttime alternating lane closures with a flagging operation and pilot car beginning Monday, August 10, 2026, until Friday, August 14, 2026, from the hours of 3:00 a.m. until daylight. After Friday, August 14, 2026, the previous daytime alternating lane closures will remain in place.
Detour: No detour necessary. Contractor maintaining traffic by means of flagging operation and pilot car.
Schedule: Monday (8/10) through Friday (8/14) from 3:00 am - Daylight.
Permit: No oversize/overweight traffic.
(7/27/2026): LA 4, Franklin Parish (H.015347.6), alternating lane closures is extended until Friday, August 28, 2026.
(5/21/2026) LA 4, Franklin Parish (H.015347.6), from the Franklin Parish end of Beouf River Bridge to approximately 1.8 miles east will have alternating lane closures Monday through Friday (Days only-No night work expected) beginning Monday, June 1, 2026, until approximately Thursday, July 30, 2026, for the contractor to complete asphalt patching, milling, overlay and other related work.
Detour: No detour necessary. Contractor maintaining traffic by means of flagging operation and pilot car.
Schedule: Monday through Fridays from 6:00 am - 7:00 pm (No night work expected).
Permit: No oversize/overweight traffic.
