Northbound & Southbound LA 23 (Belle Chasse Hwy) in Belle Chasse, alternating lane closures to vehicular traffic and two way traffic in place at the flood gate (Log Mile: 8.3) on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, for testing of the flood gate.
