ROAD CLOSURE: Baldwin St. tunnel under I-20, City of Ruston, Lincoln Parish

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development advises motorists that the Baldwin St. tunnel under I-20 in the City of Ruston, Lincoln Parish, will be closed to all vehicular traffic on Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
This closure is necessary to allow for maintenance activities.
Restrictions/Permits:
This work requires a complete road closure to all vehicular traffic.
Alternate Route:
I-20 service roads, overpasses, and mainline will remain open for all vehicular travel.
Safety reminder:
DOTD appreciates your patience and reminds you to please drive with caution through the construction site and be on the lookout for work crews and their equipment. Remember to leave plenty of room between you and the vehicle in front of you.
Area residents should exercise caution when driving, walking, or biking near an active construction zone.
