- Northbound & Southbound US 61 (Airline Drive) – Severn Avenue to Transcontinental Drive, Jefferson Parish
Alternating lane closures will be in place along US 61 (Airline Drive) between Severn Avenue and Transcontinental Drive from Sunday, May 17 through Friday, May 22, weather permitting, for roadway and pedestrian improvement work.
Daytime Closures
- Monday, May 18 – Friday, May 22
- Recurring alternating single lane closures
- Crews will perform curb ramp, sidewalk, median, and related repair work during daytime hours.
- Nighttime Closures
- Sunday night, May 17 – Thursday night, May 21
- 8 p.m. – 6 a.m. nightly (ending Friday morning, May 22)
- Recurring alternating double lane closures
- Crews will perform milling, asphalt overlay, and related roadway work during nighttime hours.
