Two seperate locations will be worked on through the weekend. The 1st location will be near Caldwell Sugar Mill and the 2nd location will be near Hatchet Lane. Local traffic will only be able to pass at the Caldwell Sugar Mill side with flagging operations. The location near Hatchet Lane will be completely closed to thru traffic for the entirety of the operation. These changes to vehicular traffic flow are needed in order to allow LADOTD’s contractor to complete new drainage structures as part of the future improvements to LA 304.
